Nur Yusoff has been in marketing for more than 10 years. Her first day with AVANA Capital was spent at a partner’s office learning about the solar industry. She is committed to strengthening AVANA’s brand to the borrowers and investors through involvement in various aspects of marketing including market research, branding, public relations, digital and social media.
Starting her a career as a Public Relations Consultant, Nur has been serving various industries as a consultant and as an in-house marketer. She helped companies build their brands and expand their reach in the B2B and B2C space. One key marketing fundamental that Nur believes in is building a solid foundation through conducting market research to ensure creation of sustainable marketing strategies and optimum marketing resource allocation.
Nur took a pause in her marketing career in 2012 to pursue full-time MBA from Eller College of Management where she ended up working for various organizations including University of Arizona, Microsoft and Sunquest Information Systems. She is a two-time Wildcat where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the same university. She received full scholarship for both undergraduate and graduate degree.
